Why I started
AVT advisory
AVT Advisory was founded in 2017 when I left Denmark and an executive leadership position in the corporate world to move to Perth, Australia. After much networking in my new home country, I started as international business advisor, and ever since, I have enjoyed making a difference to food and beverage businesses that are looking to grow internationally.

What I do
AVT Advisory helps food & beverage companies build a profitable international business that matches the ambitions and risk profile of business owners. I find it rewarding to identify attractive gaps in the market and assist quality brands realize their potential.
Through a combination of deep market understanding and pinpointing the client's competitive edge, I help build a sustainable niche position with a strong point of differentiation.

At the core of what I do is a strong drive for creating results by developing a focused strategy with clear priorities and turning it into execution excellence while managing risks responsibly.
As an advisor I work with both long term projects and shorter in & out projects. In long term projects I typically help determine the strategic direction but also assist with the execution phase of the strategy. Shorter term projects can be anything from facilitating strategy workshops to help set the strategic priorities but I also assist with clearly defined projects such as go-to-market plans etc.
I also offer 1-2-1 sparring sessions with management as well training sessions with export teams.
